Sowing season is from June to November. Sowing method: transplanting; spacing: R-R: 5 ft; P-P: 1 ft.

Chilli is a tropical and subtropical plant that requires a mix of warm, humid, and dry weather. It requires warm and humid weather during the growth period. A dry environment, on the other hand, is ideal for fruit maturation. The optimal temperature range for chilli growth is between 200 and 250 °C. Crop development is hampered at temperatures of 370°C or greater.

pH Requirement -

Seedlings of chilli
Chilli seeds are frequently grown in nurseries, and the seedlings are then transplanted.
