Symptoms
- Formation of galls on host root system is the primary symptom.
- Infected roots become knobby and knotty.
- Plants wilt during the hot part of day, especially under dry conditions and are often stunted.
Preventive Measures
Deep ploughing of fields during summer. Apply Trichoderma viride @ 1 kg/acre along with 20 kg FYM.
