- Gradual drying.
- Generally appear localized areas of the field.
- Upward and inward rolling of the leaves.
- The leaves turn yellow and die.
- Vascular system of the plant is discoloured.
- Entire Drying of Plant (Not Fruit).
Preventive Measures
Use of wilt resistant varieties. Seed treatment with 2 gram Carbendazim per kg seed is effective.
