Refunds and return/cancellation policy

The users are eligible to cancel their orders at the time of verification or before the dispatch of the products. Additionally, users can choose not to accept the order at the time of delivery, in which case the products are returned back to origin. In all the above cases, BharatAgri will issue a refund of 100% of the transaction amount and it will get credited to the user's original mode of payment within 7-10 working days from the date of confirmation of cancellation.

Users can choose to return the products, in case they receive the product in a damaged and/or unusable state within 7 days or until the warranty period on the product from the date of delivery of the product. The return would be applicable in all the cases, where the user is able to prove the damage at the time of delivery. Additionally, BharatAgri reserves the right to set a different return window on some of the products, where users can return a product in case they do not find the products as per their liking. Any product where the return window is not mentioned would be non-returnable (unless it is damaged at the time of delivery). BharatAgri will issue the refund for such products within 7-10 working days from the date of delivery back to the warehouse from the user.

रिफंड और वापसी/ऑर्डर कैंसिल नीति

किसान/ यूजर ऑर्डर वेरिफिकेशन के समय या प्रोडक्ट के वेयरहाउस से निकलने से पहले अपने ऑर्डर को कैंसिल करने के पात्र हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, किसान/ यूजर डिलीवरी के समय ऑर्डर अस्वीकार करने का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं, ऐसी स्थिति में प्रोडक्ट को मूल स्थान/ वेयरहाउस पर वापस लौटा दिए जाते हैं। उपरोक्त सभी मामलों में, भारतॲग्री लेनदेन राशि का 100% रिफंड जारी करेगा और इसे ऑर्डर के कैंसिल की पुष्टि की तारीख से 7-10 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर किसान/ यूजर के मूल भुगतान मोड (UPI या बैंक अकॉउंट) में जमा कर दिया जाएगा।

यदि किसान/ यूजर क्षतिग्रस्त और/या अनुपयोगी स्थिति में उत्पाद प्राप्त करते हैं तो वे 7 दिनों के भीतर या उत्पाद की डिलीवरी की तारीख से उत्पाद पर वारंटी अवधि तक उत्पाद वापस/रिटर्न कर सकते हैं। रिटर्न उन सभी मामलों में लागू होगा, जहां किसान/ यूजर डिलीवरी के समय हुए नुकसान को साबित करने में सक्षम है। इसके अतिरिक्त, भारतॲग्री कुछ उत्पादों पर एक अलग रिटर्न विंडो सेट करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है, जहां उपयोगकर्ता अपनी पसंद के अनुसार उत्पाद नहीं मिलने पर उत्पाद वापस कर सकते हैं। कोई भी उत्पाद जहां रिटर्न विंडो का उल्लेख नहीं किया गया है, उसे वापस नहीं किया जाएगा (जब तक कि वह डिलीवरी के समय क्षतिग्रस्त न हो)। भारतॲग्री ऐसे उत्पादों के लिए किसान/ यूजर को डिलीवरी की तारीख से 7-10 कार्य दिवसों के भीतर रिफंड जारी करेगा।
