Glamore is a combination insecticide consisting of Ethiprole and Imidacloprid. It is a very good tool for hopper management thereby avoiding possibly hopper burn in the later crop stages. The combination of two different modes of action makes it an excellent tool in resistant management programs.
Mode Of Action:-
Ethiprole has a gamma butyric acid regulated chloride channel, which acts on the central nervous system. It has a high level of selective toxicity and thus cross-resistance is not likely.
